Delete your WYNGO account

You can permanently delete your WYNGO account and associated data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the WYNGO app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Select Delete account and confirm.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the email address connected to your WYNGO account.

Request account deletion

Use the subject “WYNGO Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request. We will process verified requests without undue delay and normally within 30 days. 

What will be deleted

Deleting your account removes your:

  • account and profile information;
  • onboarding and personalisation information;
  • sessions, notes, goals, AI suggestions, summaries, and analysis;
  • ratings, feedback, saved content, and practice data; and
  • active authentication data.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited, dissociated Apple or Google purchase and subscription records where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and transaction integrity. We may also retain a limited account-deletion audit record for security and accountability purposes.

Important: cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your WYNGO account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription through the applicable store before or after deleting your account. For more information, read the WYNGO Privacy Policy or contact wyngo@wyngo.ai.
